 Garry Abair

Barbara and I have been in PVC for 11 years. We have five children, (1 Son and four

daughters). We also have sixteen grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. I have enjoyed my time at Paradise Valley Campground, and I have been on the Board of Director for PVC in charge of Sewer and Water, two years and on Sewer and Water Committee for the two years serving under Curtis Rooker. I have a lot of experience in housing construction. I will do my best to do whatever needs to be done to keep this campground a beautiful place and a great community, to belong to for years to come.

After graduating from Plymouth High School in Plymouth, Indiana, I served 6 years in the United States Navy (one year tour in Vietnam). When I returned home and spent 15 more years  in Indiana, and worked for a company that was in the Telecommunication field.  Then we moved to Georgia in 1986. I went to work for Sprint Long Distance Company, I retired after 40 years total in the communication field, where I was the Supervisor for the last 6 years, over the Sprint Network Control Center in Atlanta, GA

Roxanne Clement

Hello,

For those who do not know me yet, my name is Roxanne Clement and I have been serving as the Paradise Valley Campground Secretary in 2025 and until year end and also Treasurer for this current year, 2026.  My husband, Craig and I married in 1984, have two children and three grandchildren.  We would stay in this beautiful park all season, but I can’t stand to not see my babies for that long of time.  We travel home to West Palm Beach, Fl twice per season. We bought our lot, 84, in 2021 so we are completing our fifth season. I have been a bookkeeper since 1977 when I went to work at my fathers business straight from High School. The business was bought and my father reopened again under another name for Craig and I to run in 1994. Craig and I inherited it at my father’s death in 2017. We sold it and retired in October 2020. In those 43 years I have run every aspect of that business although my main capacity was bookkeeping and all office work. I have been enjoying the much smaller scope of PVCOA. I will continue to give PVC my time and best effort if I am elected this coming fall. Thank you for your consideration. I have enjoyed serving all you owners for this past term.

Natalie Vendivier

Hello Happy Campers! My name is Natalie Vandivier and I am honored to be nominated for the PVC board. My husband, Jeff Albrecht, and I became a part of the PVC community in July 2024 as we purchased Lot 262 at the top of “Cardiac Hill” or 68 Big Rock Road. I have one sister, one niece and her husband, and 2 great-nieces, 3 and 4 years old in Toccoa, GA. Yes, I missed my family terribly, which my dear hubby recognized. Funny, he took me to multiple parks to consider as our home away from home, and he saved the best for last!  I was born and raised in Franklin, Indiana and received my B.A. from Indiana University, Bloomington. To say I am a Hoosier fan is an understatement! Hoo-Hoo-Hoo Hoosiers!!  In 1985, my mom and I moved to Largo, FL. I went to work as a temp for PB&S Chemical Company and after 3 days and having no prior knowledge of the chemical industry, I was hired as a  Customer Sales and Service Representative. With the willingness to learn and be an over achiever, in early 1986, I was promoted to Sales Representative covering SW Florida. Over a 30-year span, I grew my territory to cover 8 Florida counties. I earned many awards multiple times over the years as Sales Rep of the Year and made the top 10 in the company serving on their President’s Council. In 2015, I was promoted to Sales Manager covering all of Florida and South Georgia. I finished my career in 2024 with Brenntag Mid-South, Inc, as a Strategic Account Manager prospecting, cultivating and growing customers in all of North America.  What will I bring to the PVC board? I think you will find me with a smile on my face, a positive attitude and willingness to help. I was a founding member of ABWA All Achievers Chapter (American Business Women’s Association) for 30+ years serving as committee chairs, board positions, and twice as chapter president. I also chaired several fundraisers for All Achiever’s scholarships. I am a member of First Presbyterian Church, Sarasota where I also do volunteer work. While I am a planner, life has shown me, we must remain flexible. People want to be seen and they want to be heard. I appreciate the PVC board for recognizing this and making it possible for everyone to be a part of the community we all share. Should I be elected to the PVC BOD, I will do my best to listen, learn, educate, and be educated to make sure our park remains safe, welcoming, fun, and fiscally sound. I humbly thank you for this opportunity.

Ramon (Ray) Morffi

My wife, Evelyn (Evy), and I have owned Lot 46 since 2012. After recently retiring, I now have the time to become more involved in the community and would be honored to serve on the Board or assist on committees.  Over the past several years, most of our visits to the area were spent working on our home across the street so we could make it our permanent residence. Now that we've retired, we're excited to spend much more time enjoying the park and getting to know more of our neighbors.  We have two children and three grandchildren. We enjoy traveling, hiking, cycling, and spending time outdoors, and we're both pescatarian and animal lovers.  During my career, I was fortunate to spend more than 40 years working in finance and operations for several companies, including Price Waterhouse, Black & Decker, Ricoh, and TopBuild. More important than the positions I held, which included Director, Division CFO and overseas assignments in Puerto Rico and Mexico as a Country Manager, were the people I worked with. I was blessed to have outstanding mentors and teammates who taught me the value of listening, working together, respecting different opinions, and always looking for practical solutions. Those lessons have stayed with me throughout my career, and they are the same values I hope to bring to our Board and in committees. If elected, my goal will be to listen to owners, work collaboratively with fellow board members, and help preserve the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes Paradise Valley such a special place.  I look forward to giving back to a community that my wife and I hope to enjoy for many years to come.

Ps. I have several professional licenses (including a CPA) but all are currently inactive.
